摘要
玫瑰痤疮是一种临床常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,由于其发病机制尚不完全清楚,临床上缺乏特效的针对性治疗方法,且不同类型的皮损与症状,相应的药物选择与细节也不尽相同,因此为该病的临床治疗带来了很大的挑战.本综述按药物的种类系统性总结了目前玫瑰痤疮治疗中常见的口服、外用及注射药物,同时对不同表型的玫瑰痤疮所适合的药物进行了归纳,希望能够为该病的临床治疗提供一些参考.
Abstract
Rosacea is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease,and its pathogenesis is not yet fully understood.Clinically,there is a lack of specific targeted therapies,and the selection and specifics of medications vary according to different types of lesions and symptoms.This variability presents significant challenges for the clinical treatment of the disease.This review systematically summarizes the common oral,topical,and injectable medications used in the treatment of rosacea,organized by drug category.Additionally,it provides a compilation of suitable medications for different phenotypes of rosacea,aiming to offer some references for their clinical treatment.
