Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Influence Factors of Innovation Ability of Academic Graduate Student in the Era of Digital Economy
It is the key direction of the reform of graduate education and teaching to train innovative talents in line with the needs of the development of digital economy.The innovative ability of academic graduate students is influenced by students them-selves,tutors'guidance,innovative practice and training conditions.In this paper,we construct a comprehensive evalua-tion index system of innovation ability of academic graduate student,and use analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation method to evaluate the innovation ability of academic graduate students in the major in applied eco-nomics in Hunan Institute of Science and Technology.The results show that:in the criterion layer,the student's own fac-tor is the key to influence the student's innovation ability,students'initiative;in the indicator layer,academic achieve-ment of tutors,scientific research activities and incentive mechanism are the main factors that affect the innovation ability of academic graduate students.Therefore,the institutions of higher education should enhance the student's learning au-tonomy,build a team of digital innovative tutors,connect the needs of the digital industry development,construct the in-terdisciplinary training model of graduate students,and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism so as to promote their innovation ability.
