Farmers'Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of the"All-in-one Card"Financial Subsidy Policy for Benefiting the People and farmers
Based on the survey data of 759 farmers in Hunan province,the research hypothesis is put forward from seven dimen-sions,including farmers'individual characteristics,family characteristics,policy formulation,publicity,content,par-ticipation and effect,and the binary logistics model is used to empirically study the farmers'satisfaction and its influen-cing factors of the"all-in-one card"financial subsidy policy for benefiting the people and farmers.The results show that 75.8%of farmers were satisfied with the policy,and their satisfaction was affected by factors such as farmers'edu-cation level,digital literacy,collection of social conditions and public opinions,policy publicity channels,policy value orientation,policy project details,policy feedback responses,policy feedback channels,system convenience,subsidy timeliness,subsidy usefulness,and system security.In this regard,we should focus on the individual characteristics and actual needs of farmers,take farmers'dissatisfaction,high dissatisfaction,and praise and disapproval as the yardstick to test the effectiveness of the policy,further optimize policy design,strengthen policy publicity,improve policy feedback,and improve policy evaluation,so as to promote the accurate implementation of the"all-in-one card"financial subsidy policy for benefiting the people and farmers and effectively protect the rights and interests of the majority of farmers.
