Research on the Path of Constructing Sci-tech Financial Ecosystem under the Background of Digital Economy
The Central Financial Work Conference at the end of 2023 listed science and technology finance as an important part of the construction of a financial power in the new era.Because of its high risk and high return,in the process of promoting the development of science and technology finance,it is necessary to build a science and technology finance ecosystem to clarify the functional positioning of each subject.At the same time,the operation mechanism of the ecosystem is studied,including the main body of the ecosystem(enterprises,financial institutions,financial markets,intermediaries,govern-ments,etc.),the operation mechanism(market mechanism and administrative mechanism),and the development mechanism(self-balance,stability,improvement and development),so as to ensure the stable and orderly operation of the ecosystem.In addition,it is also necessary to solve the main problems existing in the"technology and finance eco-system".First,the investment of credit funds and the compensation of internal and external risks of commercial banks;Second,the balance and stability of the capital chain between different subjects of the ecosystem;The third is the divi-sion of labor and boundary demarcation between market and administration(or finance and finance).Only by deeply studying the theoretical framework and operating mechanism of the science and technology finance ecosystem and making full use of the advantages of the digital economy can we promote the high-quality development of science and technology finance and then serve the needs of the real economy.
