数字化领导力对数字化转型的影响:数字导向战略更新与组织韧性的作用

数字化转型是推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎,也是企业形成核心竞争力的关键,但实现数字化转型的路径尚未明确.基于资源编排理论和动态能力理论,构建"数字化领导力-数字导向战略更新-数字化转型"这一路径,并探究组织韧性在其中所发挥的边界作用,结合 360 份企业问卷的调查数据得出:数字化领导力正向影响数字化转型,数字导向战略更新在二者之间发挥中介作用;组织韧性不仅正向调节数字化领导力与数字化转型、数字化领导力与数字导向战略更新、数字导向战略更新与数字化转型之间的关系,还调节数字导向战略更新的中介作用.
The Impact of Digital Leadership on Digital Transformation:the Role of Digitally Oriented Strategy Renewal and Organizational Resilience
Digital transformation is an important engine for promoting high-quality economic development and the key to forming core competitiveness of enterprises,but the path to realize digital transformation is not yet clear.Based on resource or-chestration theory and dynamic capability theory,we construct the path of"digital leadership-digital-oriented strategy renewal-digital transformation"and explore the boundary role of organizational resilience in it,which is derived from the data of 360 enterprises'questionnaire surveys:Combined with the data from 360 enterprises'questionnaires,it is concluded that digital leadership positively affects digital transformation,and digital-oriented strategy renewal plays a mediating role between the two;organizational resilience not only positively moderates the relationship between digital leadership on digital transformation and digital-oriented strategy renewal,but also positively moderates the relationship between digital-oriented strategy renewal and digital transformation,and also moderates the mediating role of digital-ori-ented strategy renewal.
