Reform and Practice of Personnel Training Model for Humanities Geography and Urban Rural Planning
With the social and economic transformation and high-quality development,the"multi-plan integration"oriented ter-ritorial spatial planning system has put forward higher requirements for the talent training mode of human geography and urban and rural planning courses,which not only puts forward higher demands for professional talents in this direction,but also faces new problems and challenges in the training mode.Therefore,taking the major of Human geography and urban and rural planning of Hunan University of Finance and Economics as an example,through a questionnaire survey of students,professional teachers and school-enterprise cooperative employers,this paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings in the training mode of professional talents,and proposes to build a"three integration and three driving"training mode and implementation path in view of the problems in the existing training mode.In order to promote the construction of disciplines and provide more application-oriented comprehensive talents for social development.
