Administrative rule of law helps to build a high-quality business environment in Hunan.Taking Hunan for example,there are some difficulties in the construction of the business environment,such as the obstruction of local legislation,the defect of administrative law enforcement and the weakness of administrative judicature,and we should improve the legislative system and mechanism,tamp down the institutional foundation of optimizing the business environment,carry out the standard and civilization of law enforcement,promote the efficiency of law enforcement in the construction of the business environment,safeguard the judicial fairness and stability,and construct the judicial guarantee for the develop-ment of the business environment,also we will promote the establishment of an administrative legal system in the busi-ness environment and promote the high-quality development of the business environment in Hunan province.
