Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Fintech Talent Cultivation in the Era of DigitalEconomy
The development of fintech is in full swing in China,the investment in fintech of major banks is growing year by year,and the number of scientific and technological personnel in the head organizations of the banking,insurance,securities and other industries has shown explosive growth,and there is a shortage of fintech talents in many organizations.Many domestic colleges and universities have established fintech majors,but in the cultivation of fintech talents,there are gen-erally insufficient faculty,the curriculum system needs to be further improved,the mobilization of student initiative is not enough,and the link with the market is not close enough and other problems.In view of these problems in the cultivation of fintech talents,we should focus on optimizing and improving the following aspects:optimizing the mechanism of facul-ty training,accelerating the construction of the faculty,taking the projects and certificates as the guide,strengthening the construction of the curriculum system,enhancing practical teaching,and establishing the connection with the market.
