Research on State-owned Asset Management in State-funded Private Equity Investment Funds
State-funded investment funds occupy an increasing market share of private equity funds,but there are gaps in state-owned asset management policies and regulations,which puts state-funded private equity funds in an unfavorable posi-tion in the market competition.On the basis of analyzing the operation characteristics of private equity investment funds,it is proposed to take the share of limited partnership private equity investment funds as the boundary of state-owned as-set management,and regard equity trading as the main business of private equity investment funds,so as to solve the policy problems of state-owned asset management.
