摘要
湖南省新型城镇化工作贯彻以人为本的发展理念,在高质量发展要求下,立足新发展阶段,本文深入分析2020年湖南省县(市)的新型城镇化发展现状水平,进行定性与定量的评价,并采用多因素综合评价构建评价指标体系,对湖南省的各县(市)进行新型城镇化发展评价,科学分析现状问题,提出针对性对策建议,指导全省新型城镇化高质量发展,对促进湖南省新型城镇化发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
Implementing a people-centered development philosophy and adhering to the requirements of high-quality development,this study is based on the new development stage to in-depth analyze the current state of the new urbanization development in the counties and cities of Hunan province for the year 2020.Both qualitative and quantitative evaluations were conducted by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system using multiple factors.An assessment of the new urbanization development of various counties and cities in Hunan province is carried out to scientifically analyze current issues and propose targeted countermeasures and sugges-tions.This guidance is crucial for directing the high-quality development of new urbanization across the province and holds significant importance for promoting the progress of new urban-ization in Hunan province.
