Extraction of Rock and Mineral Alteration Information in Vegetated Areas Based on Hyperion Hyperspectral Data
Vegetation cover adds complexity to geological exploration and resource manage-ment,limiting the application of traditional remote sensing techniques. The development of hyperspectral remote sensing technology provides a new approach to overcome this challenge, gradually attracting widespread attention for extracting rock and mineral alteration informa-tion in vegetated areas. This paper aims to explore a method for extracting rock and mineral alteration information in vegetated areas based on Hyperion hyperspectral data.Specific research objectives include data preprocessing, spectral reflectance inversion, and the inte-gration of field-tested spectral curves, using pixel spectral matching techniques for extract-ing specific rock and mineral alteration information.Through this study,we aim to provide new insights and methods for the extraction of rock and mineral alteration information in vegetated areas, thus offering more accurate data support for decision-making in fields such as geological exploration and resource management.
