摘要

为坚持节约资源和保护环境的基本国策,实行最严格的生态环境保护制度,国家自然资源部与各省级自然资源厅陆续出台了相关法律、法规、办法,明确要求对矿山进行生态修复.为了真实反映矿山生态破坏及修复现状,更好地统筹管理矿山生态修复工作,结合湖南省汝城县矿山地质环境调查评价工作现状,探索基于ArcGIS软件平台搭建矿山生态修复数据库,对在建与生产矿山生态修复情况进行更有效地监管,使得矿山生态修复监管工作朝着常态化、动态化的方向发展.

Abstract

In adherence to the basic state policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment,China has implemented the strictest ecological and environmental protection sys-tem.The Ministry of Natural Resources of P.R.China,together with various provincial natural resources departments,has introduced relevant laws,regulations,and measures that clearly claim ecological restoration of mines under construction and production should be carried out.To accurately reflect the current state of mine ecological damage and restoration,and to better coordinate the management of mine ecological restoration,this paper explores the construction of a mine ecological restoration database based on the ArcGIS software platform,in line with the current status of the geological environmental survey and evaluation of mines in Rucheng County,Hunan Province.By using this platform,it aims to enhance the effective monitoring of ecologi-cal restoration in mines under construction and production,pushing mine ecological restoration supervision towards a normal and dynamic state.
