Construction and Consideration of HNCORS Service System
Satellite navigation and positioning reference station network is an important national space infrastructure,which has significant implications for national security and national economic construction.After years of development,HNCORS has continuously optimized its network structure,improved its concurrent service capabilities for users,and expanded its service areas.With the construction of Digital China and the vigorous development of the digital economy,the demand for high-precision location services is increasingly strong.HNCORS has ushered in new development opportunities,but also faces new challenges,such as deficiencies in regulatory mechanism,infrastructure,independent innovation and sharing integration.In order to solve the above problems,Hunan has launched the construction of satellite navigation and positioning reference station network service system.This article first describes the back-ground of the HNCORS service system construction;Then,the construction process is elaborated from three aspects:management mechanism,infrastructure,and core technology,and the achievements in service mode,application field,and sharing integration are summarized;Finally,a prospect for its future development is presented,and targeted suggestions are pro-posed from three aspects:factor guarantee,independent innovation,and development and safety,which can provide reference for the development of the satellite navigation industry and the formulation of policies by relevant departments.
