摘要

针对常规外业坐标数据采集方式存在的问题,结合高精度位置服务便捷化应用需求,设计并研发了一套基于安卓智能手机的高精度定位系统,通过融合卫星导航定位基准站差分定位与步行者航位推算算法,并制定多种观测环境差异化测量策略,以获取连续的高精度定位结果.基于华为P40、小米8等四款安卓智能手机,进行了广覆盖(湖南省14个市(州))、多场景(开阔、遮挡)的定位精度测试,用于验证系统的可用性和可靠性.测试结果表明,系统在不同智能手机、不同场景中均能稳定有效运行,华为P40的平面定位精度最优,在开阔环境下,最高可达0.2 m左右.系统已全面应用于湖南省农村住房规划建设"三到场"环节.

Abstract

A high-precision positioning system based on Android smartphones has been designed and developed to address the problems of conventional field coordinate data collection methods,combined with the convenient application requirements of high-precision location ser-vices.By integrating satellite navigation positioning reference station differential posi-tioning and pedestrian dead reckoning algorithms,and developing various observation environ-ment differential measurement strategies,a continuous high-precision positioning result can be obtained.Then,based on four Android smartphones including Huawei P40 and Xiaomi 8,a wide coverage(14 prefectures in Hunan province)and multi scene(open and occluded)positioning accuracy test was conducted to verify the usability and reliability of the system.The test results show that the system can operate stably and effectively in different smartphones and scenarios.The Huawei P40 has the best planar positioning accuracy,reaching up to about 0.2m in open environments.The system has been fully applied to the"three on-site"process of rural housing planning and construction in Hunan province.
