Advances in Biosynthesis and Environmental Regulation of Anthocyanin
This paper reviews the enzymes and structural genes in the biosynthesis pathway of anthocyanin, and the regulation of major environmental factors including light, temperature and sugars on the synthesis of anthocyanin.
