纽荷尔脐橙芽变株系的SRAP分析

SRAP Analysis of Bud Mutation Clones Derived from New Hall Navel Orange

为了探讨纽荷尔脐橙变异株系与原种之间的遗传关系,选取了9份纽荷尔脐橙及其芽变株系的嫩叶,提取其DNA进行SRAP-PCR分析.结果表明:变异株系与对照纽荷尔脐橙都存在不同程度的差异,遗传距离在0.100 0~0.210 9之间;同一株系母子代遗传距离在0.042 9~0.051 7之间,遗传较稳定;而椭圆形变异母株与圆形变异株系的遗传距离最大,为0.257 1.
In order to discuss the genetic relationship between bud mutation clones and original variety of New Hall navel orange, young leaves of nine New Hall navel orange varieties and their bud mutation clones were chosen to extract DNA, and then a SRAP-PCR analysis was conducted to them.The results showed that there were differences between each bud mutation clone and control with different extents, but their genetic distance all ranged from 0.100 0 to 0.210 9;the genetic distance between female parent and progeny from the same line was between 0.042 9~0.051 7, and the progenies of each clone were genetically stable;moreover, the genetic distance between female mutation clone with elliptical fruit and mutation clone with round fruit was the largest by 0.257 1.
