云烟87不同部位烟叶田间采收标准的研究

摘要
试验以云烟87品种为材料,按上、中、下三个部位分别设计了4个不同的烟叶采收标准,研究成熟度对烟叶外观质量及内在化学成分含量的影响,以期为各部位烟叶的合理采收时间提供参考.结果表明:上部烟叶以顶1叶为判断依据,当叶片微显黄色、茎叶角度小于直角、叶片稍弯曲时可以采收;中部烟叶则以叶片黄多绿少、叶面有黄泡、主脉变白、部分支脉变白、茸毛脱落、叶下垂和采收时发脆为标准进行采收;下部烟叶当叶色稍褪、茸毛部分脱落、叶脉呈绿色对进行采收.
Abstract
With a flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 as the material tested,four different harvest mature degrees were designed respectively for leaves in the upper,middle and lower parts of tobacco plants to understand how the mature degree influences tobacco leaf appearance quality and chemical components for proper harvest time of tobacco leaves in each part.The results show that for the upper leaves,top T1 leaves have been used as mature harvest criteria for judgment with such traits as slightly yellow leaf blade,the leaf-stem angle less than a right angle and the slightly curved blade; for the middle leaves,T2 leaves as the criteria with such traits as much yellow less green in leaf colour,leaf yellow bubble on leaves,primary veins and some branch veins to bleach,drooping leaves,brittle when harvested; and for the lower leaves,T1 leaves as the criteria with such traits as the a-bit-faded leaf color,some pastels falling off,and green veins.
