Isolation and Identification of an Antagonistic Actinomycete Strain to Phytophthora melonis

为更好的防治黄瓜疫病,从湖南、贵州等地采集的土壤样品中分离到放线菌106株,采用平板对峙法及发酵液抑菌试验筛选对黄瓜疫霉菌(Phytophthora melonis)具有拮抗活性的放线菌。结果表明,106株放线菌中有26株对黄瓜疫霉菌有抑制作用,抑菌带达到5 mm 及以上的有5株,其中2号菌株的拮抗作用最明显,发酵液稀释5倍后对黄瓜疫霉菌的菌丝生长抑制率仍达76%。对2号菌株进行培养性状、生理生化特征鉴定及16S rDNA 序列分析,初步将其鉴定为绛红褐链霉菌(Streptomyces purpeofuscus)。
