摘要

为掌握目前宁乡白背飞虱对常用化学药剂的敏感性,采用稻茎浸渍法测定了宁乡白背飞虱若虫对烟碱类杀虫剂(吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、呋虫胺和烯啶虫胺)、生长调节剂(噻嗪酮)、吡啶杂环类(吡蚜酮)和有机磷类(毒死蜱)7种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明:烟碱类杀虫剂对白背飞虱的敏感性优于生长调节剂、吡啶杂环类和有机磷类,7种杀虫剂对白背飞虱敏感性由强到弱依次为噻虫嗪>烯啶虫胺>吡虫啉>呋虫胺>吡蚜酮>毒死蜱>噻嗪酮,其中敏感性最好的噻虫嗪,对白背飞虱LC50为0.2175 mg/L,噻嗪酮敏感性最差,LC50为1.4760 mg/L。

Abstract

In order to know well the currentSogatel lafurcifera to common chemical sensitivity, the rice stem dipping method was used to determine the sensitivity ofSogatel lafurcifera nymph to nicotinic insecticide (imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, dinotefuran and nitenpyram), growth regulator (buprofezin), pyridine heterocyclic (pymetrozine) and organic phosphorus (chlorpyrifos). The results show that the neonicotinoid insecticide was more sensitive than growth regulator, pyridine heterocyclic and organic phosphorus, 7 kinds of insecticides to sogatellafurcifera sensitivity from strong to weak was: thiamethoxam> nitenpyram> imidacloprid> dinotefuran> pymetrozine> chlorpyrifos> buprofezin, the best sensitivity was thiamethoxam, the toxicity LC50 was 0.217 5 mg/L, the worst sensitivity was buprofezin, the toxicity LC50 was 1.476 0 mg/L.
