Current Status and Countermeasures of Rice Pests Professional Prevention in Longhui County
This paper introduced the organization, machine control team, core base, and the service mode of rice pest professional prevention in Longhui County. The main prevention methods of local rice pests was summarized, which include strengthen organization leadership at all levels, financial support, multi-direction promotion, demonstration driven and standardized management etc. But there exist some problems about the prevention market needs further regulation, backward of equipment, inadequate of qualified machine controller, low income of service organization, scattered field and complex type, risks exist in prevention services. Countermeasures of rice pests professional prevention have been proposed which including the financial support of the government, strengthen industry management function, strengthen internal management of service organizations, precise pesticide application and green prevention, application of advanced pesticide machinery, strengthening pest insurance, and develop order prevention and control business etc.
