清除腐烂病灶的果树刮皮机设计

腐烂病对我国北方苹果树危害极大,刮除病变组织是腐烂病防治的重要环节,针对当前人工刮除为主的现状,设计了一款能清除腐烂病灶并收集病变残枝的果树刮皮机.刮皮机包含电机、刀具、轴承等部件,高61 mm,长167 mm;刀具轴材料为碳素钢,最小直径10 mm;轴承为6805型深沟球轴承,整机外壳材料为塑料.收集装置由硬质塑料和乙烯网组成,为不规则形状,容量为3 L.该款刮皮机在降低果农劳动强度的同时,又可降低腐烂病病菌感染率,为果农带来经济效益.

The shaving machine includes motors, knives, bearings and other components; it is 61 mm in height and 167 mm in length. The tool shaft is made of carbon steel with a minimum diameter of 10 mm. The bearing is a 6805 deep groove ball bearing. The material of the whole housing is plastic. The collection device consists of a rigid plastic and vinyl mesh with an irregular shape, a capacity of 3 L. While reducing the labor intensity of fruit growers, it can also reduce the infection rate of Valsa canker pathogens and bring economic benefits to the growers.
