为了实现标准化养殖场羊粪的资源化利用,构建种养结合循环模式,在荆门市开展了青贮玉米种植试验,设置 5 个处理(100%化肥、75%化肥+25%羊粪、50%化肥+50%羊粪、25%化肥+75%羊粪和 100%羊粪)研究羊粪还田及替代化肥比例对青贮玉米产量、饲用价值和土壤肥力的影响。结果表明:(1)随着羊粪替代化肥比例的增加,土壤中有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效钾和有效磷等指标的含量均增加,100%羊粪组较 100%化肥组分别增加了 8。35%、5。68%、7。46%、7。51%和 10。53%(P<0。05),土壤容重呈减小趋势,100%羊粪组较 100%化肥组下降 5。56%(P<0。05);(2)随着羊粪替代化肥比例的增加,青贮玉米产量先增加后减少,其中施用 75%化肥+25%羊粪组的产量最高,较 100%化肥组增加 5。58%(P<0。05),较 100%羊粪组增加 20。89%(P<0。05);(3)随着羊粪替代比例的增加,青贮玉米的粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量和相对饲用价值都呈先增加后减小的趋势,其中施用 75%化肥+25%羊粪组的最高,粗蛋白较 100%化肥组增加 7。81%(P<0。05)、较100%羊粪组增加15。53%(P<0。05);粗脂肪与100%化肥组差异性不显著,较100%羊粪组增加16。13%(P<0。05);相对饲用价值(RFV)与 100%化肥组差异性不显著,较 100%羊粪组增加 18。82%(P<0。05)。综合来说,25%的羊粪代替化肥还田不仅能改善土壤肥力,还能提高青贮玉米产量和饲用品质。
Effect of Sheep Manure Returning to Field on Yield and Quality of Silage Maize and Soil Fertility
In order to achieve the resource utilization of sheep manure in standardized breeding farms,a cycle model of planting and breeding was constructed,and a cultivation experiment of silage maize was conducted in Jingmen City.Five treatment groups(100%fertilizer,75%fertilizer + 25%sheep manure,50%fertilizer + 50%sheep manure,25%fertilizer + 75%sheep manure,and 100%sheep manure)were set up,so as to explore the effect of sheep manure returning to the field and the proportion of sheep manure replacing fertilizers on the yield and nutritional quality of silage maize and the soil fertility.The results are as follows.(1)As the proportion of sheep manure replacing fertilizers increases,the content of organic matter,total nitrogen,alkaline nitrogen,available potassium,and available phosphorus in the soil show an increasing trend.Compared with the 100%fertilizer group,the content of the above indicators in the 100%sheep manure group is significantly increased by 8.35%,5.68%,7.46%,7.51%,and 10.53%(P<0.05),respectively.The soil bulk density shows a decreasing trend.Compared with the 100%fertilizer group,the soil bulk density in the 100%sheep manure group significantly drops by 5.56%(P<0.05).(2)With the increase in the proportion of sheep manure replacing fertilizers,the yield of silage maize first increases and then decreases.The yield of the 75%fertilizer + 25%sheep manure group is the highest,which is 5.58%higher than that of the 100%fertilizer group(P<0.05)and 20.89%higher than that of the 100%sheep manure group(P<0.05).(3)With the increase in the proportion of sheep manure replacing fertilizers,the content of crude protein and crude fat,as well as the relative feeding value(RFV)of silage maize increase first and then decrease,with 75%fertilizer + 25%sheep manure group the highest.The crude protein is increased by 7.81%(P<0.05)compared with the 100%fertilizer group and 15.53%(P<0.05)compared with the 100%sheep manure group.There is no significant difference in crude fat of the 100%fertilizer group.The crude fat is 16.13%higher than the 100%sheep manure group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in RFV of the 100%fertilizer group,and it is increased by 18.82%compared with the 100%sheep manure group(P<0.05).In summary,25%of sheep manure replacing fertilizers can not only improve soil fertility but also improve the yield and nutritional quality of silage maize.
