湖南省农业现代化发展水平的时空演变及影响因素研究

摘要
构建 2012-2021 年湖南省农业现代化发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵权法、空间自相关性分析法对其时空演变情况进行分析,并引入障碍度模型、空间杜宾模型探索相关影响因素,以促进湖南省农业现代化发展.研究发现,2012-2021 年湖南省农业现代化发展水平呈现曲折上升态势但还有待提高,在空间分布上具有"东北高、西南低"的特点;其呈现空间正自相关的集聚分布模式且集聚程度增强,主要集聚类型为HH集聚型(长株潭、洞庭湖地区)和LL集聚型(大湘西地区).湖南省农业现代化发展水平主要障碍因素为城镇化水平、农村居民人均可支配收入,政府支持力度、区域交通水平、科技发展水平、医疗条件水平和对外开放水平都对其有显著正向影响,科技发展水平还有显著正向的空间溢出效应.在此基础上,提出优化产业结构、完善区域布局,做到因地制宜;加强地区间的交流合作,实现共同发展;发展农业产业化联合体,构建现代农业经营体系;完善政策支持体系,强化资金、人才、技术支撑等建议.
Abstract
By constructing the evaluation index system of the agricultural modernization development level in Hunan Province from 2012 to 2021 and using the entropy weight method and spatial autocorrelation analysis method,this study analyzed its temporal and spatial evolution,and the obstacle degree model and spatial Dubin model were introduced to explore related influencing factors,so as to promote the agricultural modernization development in Hunan Province.The results showed that from 2012 to 2021,the agricultural modernization development level of Hunan Province showed a zigzag upward trend,but it still needed to be improved,and its spatial distribution had the characteristic of"high in the northeast and low in the southwest".It presented a spatial positive autocorrelation agglomeration distribution pattern,and the agglomeration degree was increasing,and main agglomeration types were HH agglomeration type and LL agglomeration type.The main obstacles to the development level of agricultural modernization in Hunan Province were the urbanization level and per capita disposable income of rural residents.The government support,regional transportation level,scientific and technological development level,medical condition level and opening-up level all had significant positive impacts on it,and the scientific and technological development level also had a significant positive spatial spillover effect.Hence,the study put forward some suggestions:to optimize the industrial structure and improve the regional layout,and to adapt to local conditions;to strengthen regional exchanges and cooperation to achieve common development;to develop agricultural industrialization consortium and build a modern agricultural management system;to improve the policy support system and strengthen financial,talent and technological support.
