隆回县镉低积累水稻品种筛选试验

为了找到适合隆回县镉轻度污染区种植的水稻品种,以当地籼稻品种隆晶优蒂占(CK)为对照,比较研究了 3 个镉低积累水稻新品种青莲丝苗、韶香 100、莲两优 1 号在隆回县种植的生育进程、产量构成、稻米镉含量及病虫害抗性等多方面的表现,并进行了科学评价。结果表明:(1)3 个新品种生育期均在 110~135 d之间,在隆回县作一季晚稻或中稻栽培可以实现安全生产;(2)新品种产量较CK减产5。8%~72。7%,其中莲两优1号产量仅比CK减产479。8 kg/hm2;(3)新品种稻米镉含量在 0。042 3~0。079 9 mg/kg之间,均符合食品安全国家标准(≤0。2 mg/kg);(4)新品种和CK病虫害抗性均较好。综合来看,镉低积累水稻新品种莲两优 1 号适合在隆回县域镉轻度污染区推广种植。
Screening of Rice Cultivars with Low Cadmium Accumulation in Longhui County
This study aims to screen out the rice cultivars suitable to be planted in the areas with slight cadmium contamination in Longhui County.With the local indica rice cultivar'Longjing Youdizhan'as the control(CK),three new rice cultivars'Qinglian Simiao','Shaoxiang 100',and'Lianliangyou No.1'with low cadmium accumulation in Longhui County were compared and evaluated regarding the growth period,yield,grain cadmium content,and disease and pest resistance.The results were as follows.(1)The growth periods of three new rice cultivars with low cadmium accumulation were 110-135 d,which meant the three cultivars can be planted as late or middle-season rice for secure rice production in Longhui County.(2)The yields of the new cultivars were 5.8%-72.7%lower than that of CK,and the yield of'Lianliangyou No.1'was only 479.8 kg/hm2 lower than that of CK.(3)The grain cadmium content of the new cultivars varied between 0.042 3 mg/kg and 0.079 9 mg/kg,which were below the requirement(≤0.2 mg/kg)in the national food safety standard.(4)Both the new cultivars and CK demonstrated strong pest and disease resistance.According to the result,the new rice cultivar'Lianliangyou No.1'with low cadmium accumulation is suitable for promotion in the areas with slight cadmium contamination in Longhui County.
