Effects of Humic Acid on the Growth and Nutrient Absorption of Peach Seedlings
To promote the growth of fruit trees and the absorption of soil nutrients, the effects of humic acid on the growth and nutrient absorption of peach seedlings were investigated. The study demonstrated that humic acid promoted the growth and nutrient absorption of peach seedlings, and the biomass of roots and shoots of peach seedlings reached the maximum levels at a 900-fold dilution of humic acid. Moreover, the content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium in the shoots of peach seedlings increased by 29.21%,66.91%,and 21.61%,respectively,compared with the control. Therefore, humic acid is effective in enhancing the growth and nutrient absorption of peach seedlings, with the best outcomes observed at a dilution factor of 900.
