44份三叶木通种质的果实性状及其与含油量的关联度分析

摘要
为了筛选三叶木通种质及明确不同果实性状与含油量、鲜食率的关系,为三叶木通育种提供参考,对 44 份三叶木通种质的油脂含量、鲜食率与 7 个果实性状进行相关性与关联度分析.结果表明:各果实性状变异系数 10.74%~50.48%;三叶木通平均含油量达 40.40%,含油量最高的是M002-1(53.88%),鲜食率最高是贵大 3-2(39.50%);对含油量影响最大的是种子百粒重,对鲜食率影响最大的是果实横径.
Abstract
This study explored the correlations of fruit traits with oil content and fresh-eating rate of Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.)Koidz.,with a view to providing a reference for the breeding of this plant.The oil content,fresh-eating rate,and seven fruit traits were determined for 44 germplasm accessions of A.trifoliata(Thunb.)Koidz.,and the correlations of fruit traits with oil content and fresh-eating rate were analyzed.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of each fruit trait ranged from 10.74%to 50.48%.The oil content was 40.40%on average,and the accession M002-1 had the highest oil content(53.88%).The accession GuiDa 3-2 had the highest fresh-eating rate(39.50%).The 100-seed weight showcased the greatest influence on oil content,and the transverse diameter of the fruit demonstrated the greatest influence on fresh-eating rate.
