Application of Urea Combined with Nitrification Inhibitors Affects Cadmium Accumulation in Brassica napus Seedlings and Soil Microbial Community
Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of urea combined with different concentrations of nitrification inhibitors(DCD and DMPP)on soil physicochemical properties and Cd accumulation in Brassica napus. The results showed that compared with the application of urea alone(CK),the application of urea combined with different concentrations of DCD and DMPP reduced soil pH,increased soil ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N)by 8.17%-56.73%,and decreased soil nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N)by 3.47%-21.64%.While increasing the soil available Cd,the combined application increased the Cd content in the underground and aboveground parts of B.napus by 13.36%-47.40%and 8.38%-29.78%,respectively.The application of urea combined with DCD and DMPP reduced the diversity and abundance of microbial communities in the rhizosphere of B.napus and altered the community structure at the phylum level.DCD and DMPP reduced the abundance of Nitrospirae by 1.34%and 2.10%,respectively.
