Research on the Measurement of the Development Level of Rural Revitalization Empowered by Digital Economy from the Perspective of Common Prosperity
Starting from the mechanism analysis of rural revitalization empowered by digital economy from the perspective of common prosperity,the study constructed the evaluation index system of rural revitalization empowered by digital economy,measured the comprehensive level of rural revitalization empowered by digital economy in 31 provincial-level administrative regions of China from 2018 to 2021,analyzed regional heterogeneity,and put forward suggestions on how to better empower rural revitalization and promote common prosperity by digital economy.The results showed that from 2018 to 2021,31 provincial-level administrative regions in China achieved good development in rural revitalization empowered by digital economy;they developed well in the green ecology,development environment and industrial benefit,but didn't develop well in the technical basis,comprehensive governance and talent support.However,there were significant differences in the development of different regions,and regions with the development level from low to high were western,northeastern,central and eastern regions;central,western and northeastern regions had obvious shortcomings in the digital development environment,rural industrial benefit,digital infrastructure,digital talent and technology,and digital rural governance.Hence,the study put forward suggestions:absorbing multiple capital investment,and strengthening the construction of digital rural infrastructure;cultivating and introducing digital agriculture-related talents,and strengthening digital rural talent team construction;promoting smart agriculture to achieve green and high-quality agricultural development;realizing comprehensive benefits of digital villages,and stimulating the endogenous impetus of rural revitalization.
