摘要
对湖南特色农产品种类、生产规模、品牌竞争力、出口情况及冷链物流等方面进行了调研,结果表明:湖南特色农产品产业具有资源丰富、规模及产值不断扩大、质量快速提升、经营主体——企业的数量扩增明显、品牌价值逐步凸显、外输能力不断增强等特点;也存在经营规模"小、散、弱"的痛点,加工产业链短、转化率不高的短板,冷链流通节点不强、链条不全、体系不优的堵点,这些因素不同程度地限制特色农产品产业的高质高效发展.针对存在的不足,提出"强化区域布局和生产基地建设、力促加工业发展、完善冷链流通体系建设"的建议.
Abstract
A survey was conducted on the categories,production scale,brand competitiveness,export situation,and cold chain logistics of the characteristic agricultural products in Hunan.The results showed that the characteristic agricultural product industry in Hunan had abundant resources and demonstrated growth in terms of the scale,output value,quality,number of companies,brand value,and export capacity.Meanwhile,there were problems of small,scattered,and weak companies,short processing chains,low conversion rates,and unsound cold-chain transportation systems.These factors limited the high-quality and efficient development of the characteristic agricultural product industry.In response to the existing problems,this article proposed the following suggestions for the high-quality and efficient development of the characteristic agricultural product industry in Hunan.The specific suggestions include enhancing the regional layout and production base building,promoting the development of the processing industry,and improving the cold-chain transportation system.
