Control Effect of Abamectin Combined with Fluopyram on Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood in Cucumber Production
A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the control effect of abamectin combined with fluopyram on the cucumber root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood and determine the appropriate application amount.Six treatments were designed, including abamectin·fluopyram 60%water dispersible granules with different doses, abamectin 0.5%granules,fluopyram 41.7%suspension concentrate, and water control. The control effects and cucumber yields were compared between different treatments. The results showed that the root irrigation with abamectin·fluopyram 60%water dispersible granules for transplanted cucumber seedlings after field adaptation had a good control effect on the cucumber root-knot nematode disease.Specifically, the control effect was 79.26%-82.66%75 days after application and 75.36%-78.47%at the harvest stage. The combined agents were safe for cucumbers, and the yield in this treatment was significantly higher than that of the control. The recommended application amount of abamectin·fluopyram 60%water dispersible granules was 540.0-720.0 g.a.i./hm2.
