莲属新品种DUS测试性状分析与测试方法研究

对 2016-2023 年收集到的 108 种莲属种质资源DUS测试涉及的性状进行分析,并对莲属DUS测试方法进行研究,以进一步提升莲属DUS测试水平,促进莲属育种创新。结果表明:就不同莲属品种性状观测而言,莲属DUS测试指南涉及的43 个性状中的 5 个性状有新的表达状态,4 个未被列入莲属DUS测试指南的性状可以区分品种,这对准确区分新品种造成影响。就标准品种对莲属品种DUS判定的影响而言,部分标准品种的缺失已影响到莲属品种的DUS判定。就不同栽培容器处理对DUS测试性状判定的影响而言,小、中、大株型莲属结藕品种分别可种植在边长或直径为 40 cm×40 cm、80 cm×80 cm、1~2 m的容器中,以方便测试地下茎性状的充分表达。就不同测试数量处理对测试结果判定的影响而言,将种植数量由20 株减少到 12 株不影响莲属DUS测试结果。在此基础上,提出做好莲属DUS测试指南的修订工作、制定测试操作手册和拍摄技术规程、构建莲属已知品种数据库和指纹图谱数据库、加大品种保护和DUS测试的宣传力度等建议。
Analysis of DUS Testing Traits and Research on Testing Methods for New Varieties of the Lotus Genus
The traits involved in DUS testing of 108 germplasm resources of the lotus genus collected from 2016 to 2023 are analyzed,and DUS testing methods of the lotus genus are studied,so as to further improve the DUS testing level and promote the breeding innovation of the lotus genus.The results show that 5 of the 43 traits involved in the DUS testing guide of the lotus genus have new expression states,and 4 traits that are not included in the DUS testing guide of the lotus genus could distinguish varieties,which affect the accurate identification of new varieties.As for the influence of standard varieties on the DUS determination of lotus genus varieties,the absence of some standard varieties has affected the DUS determination of lotus genus varieties.In terms of the influence of different cultivation containers on the determination of DUS testing traits,small,medium and large plant type lotus genus root varieties can be planted in containers with the side length or diameter of 40 cm×40 cm,80 cm×80 cm,and 1~2 m,respectively,so as to test the full expression of underground stem traits.In terms of the influence of different testing quantity treatments on testing results,reducing the number of plants from 20 to 12 does not affect DUS testing results of lotus genus.Hence,some suggestions are put forward:revising the DUS testing guide of the lotus genus,formulating the testing operation manual and shooting technical regulations,building the database of known varieties and fingerprint of the lotus genus,and strengthening variety protection and DUS testing publicity.
