Research and Reflection on High-Quality Development of Rural Industries in Ningyuan County
Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of rural industry development in Ningyuan County,this study puts forward the overall strategy and specific countermeasures for the high-quality development of rural industries in Ningyuan County,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of rural industries in the same type of counties in Hunan Province.Ningyuan County's rural industries have made great progress by implementing the differentiation strategy,and promoting the large-scale and intensive development of characteristic agriculture;vigorously developing"well-known and high-quality village products",and promoting the construction of"one township,one product,and one village,one specialty";strengthening the brand building,and enhancing the market competitiveness of agricultural products;promoting the integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism based on the characteristic resource advantage.But it still faces problems such as relatively weak infrastructure,environmental and land constraints,insufficient leadership of leading enterprises,and shortage of agricultural talent resources.Hence,the study puts forward the ideas,layout and key points of the high-quality development of rural industries in Ningyuan County,and the specific countermeasures include improving the supply of factors,and consolidating the foundation of rural industry development;giving full play to comparative advantages,and cultivating rural industries accurately and pragmatically;accelerating the construction of the platform,and promoting the integrated development of rural industries;cultivating new quality agricultural productive forces,and enhancing the development level of rural industries;expanding the rural industrial talent team by introducing talents,borrowing talents,and cultivating talents.
