遵义地区主推鲜食玉米品种产量及品质分析

摘要
为筛选出更适合遵义地区推广的鲜食玉米新品种,特引进 21 个外地新品种与本地品种万糯 2000 进行产量及品质比较试验.结果表明:共有 11 个鲜食玉米品种的产量超过了对照万糯 2000,其中,产量超过 20%以上的品种有 2 个,为遵花甜糯和荆彩霸花,而产量较低的是珍珍糯 100 和圳黑甜糯;22 个品种品质评分中总得分为 1 级品种(品质总分≥90 分)的有14个,其中遵糯2130得分最高,美甜糯1号、珍珍糯100等得分最低.相关性分析表明:产量与穗行数、行粒数呈现出极显著的正相关(P＜0.01,r＞0);品质评价得分方面,感官品质与色泽、风味,糯性/甜度与气味、风味之间呈极显著正相关(P＜0.01,r＞0).而糯性/甜度则与皮厚薄之间呈显著性的负相关(P＜0.05,r＜0).聚类分析将22个品种分为了A和B类群,A类群在产量及相关性状,品质得分方面整体表现较好,因此在遵义地区推广时,可以选择A类群的品种供参考.
Abstract
To screen out the fresh maize cultivars suitable for promotion in Zunyi,China,this study compared the yields and quality of 21 cultivars introduced from other regions and the native cultivar'Wannuo 2000'.The results showed that 11 fresh maize cultivars had the yields exceeding that of'Wannuo 2000'(CK),of which 2 cultivars'Zunhuatiannuo'and'Jingcaibahua'had the yield increases exceeding 20%.'Zhenzhennuo 100'and'Zhenheitiannuo'had lowest yields.Among the 22 cultivars,14 cultivars were rated grade 1(total quality score≥90).'Zunnuo 2130'had the highest score,while'Meitiannuo 1'and'Zhenzhennuo 100'had the lowest score.The correlation analysis showed that the maize yield was positively correlated with the number of rows per ear and kernels per row(P＜0.01,r＞0).The sensory quality was positively correlated with color and flavor,and waxiness/sweetness was positively correlated with odor and flavor(P＜0.01,r＞0)but negatively correlated with skin thickness(P＜0.05,r＜0).The cluster analysis classified 22 cultivars into groups A and B.Group A outperformed group B in terms of yield,yield-related traits,and quality score.Therefore,the cultivars from group A can be selected for promotion in Zunyi.
