土壤铅污染修复根际促生菌群的筛选及发酵条件的优化

为有效解决土壤铅污染的问题,实现土壤重金属污染的高效修复,通过测定菌株铅耐受性、拮抗关系、产IAA能力、AAC脱氢酶活性、产铁载体和固氮能力从10种根际促生菌株两两组合中筛选到MR2-TS8、MR2-ZR1、ZS1-ZR1和TS8-ZR1这4种复合菌群。以菌群生物量和产IAA能力为指标,对其最佳发酵条件碳源、氮源、pH值和温度进行了探究。结果表明:复合菌株最佳碳源为果糖,最佳氮源为牛肉膏,最适pH值为 7。2,最适温度为 25℃,为根际促生菌群修复土壤重金属污染提供理论依据和实践参考。
Screening of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria for Remediation of Pb-Contaminated Soil and Optimization of Fermentation Conditions
This study aims to effectively solve the lead(Pb)contamination in soil and realize the efficient remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil.Four strain combinations,namely MR2-TS8,MR2-ZR1,ZS1-ZR1,and TS8-ZR1,were screened from 10 strains of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria based on the Pb tolerance,antagonistic relationship,indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)-producing capacity,AAC dehydrogenase activity,siderophore-producing capacity,and nitrogen-fixing capacity.The fermentation conditions(carbon source,nitrogen source,pH,and temperature)were optimized with the biomass and IAA production capacity of strain combinations as indicators.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were fructose as the carbon source,beef extract as the nitrogen source,pH 7.2,and 25 ℃.This study provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil by plant growth promoting rhizobacteria.
