益阳市中心城区城市发展潜力与地质环境适宜性的耦合协调研究

以益阳市中心城区为例,构建了城市发展潜力和地质环境适宜性评价指标体系,并以此对研究范围内城市发展潜力和地质环境适宜性进行综合评价,同时还采用耦合协调度模型分析了两者之间的耦合协调关系。结果表明:益阳市中心城区的城市发展潜力和地质环境适宜性的耦合协调度总体较高,基本失调和严重失调的区域面积不足研究范围的2%;在高级协调和基本协调的类型中,存在城市发展潜力滞后Ⅻ类和Ⅸ类,地质环境适宜性滞后Ⅺ类和Ⅷ类4种亚类型,其中,城市发展潜力滞后的2种亚类型区域建议通过基础设施和公共服务设施建设提升城市发展潜力,而地质环境适宜性滞后的2种亚类型区域建议在落实国家和地方相关政策的基础上适当提高地质安全风险防控标准。
Study on the coupling coordination of urban development potential and geological environment suitability in the central district of Yiyang City
Taking the central district of Yiyang City as an example,the evaluation index systems of urban development potential and geological environment suitability are constructed,and the comprehensive evaluation of urban development potential and geological environment suitability is carried out,and the coupling coordination relationship between them is analyzed by using the coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of urban development potential and geological environment suitability in the central urban area of Yiyang is in high level,among which the basic coordination and severe discoordination areas are less than 2%of the study area.There are four subtypes that the urban development potential lags behind named Class Ⅻ and Class Ⅸ and the geological environmental suitability lags behind named Class Ⅺ and Class Ⅷ in senior coordination and basic areas.Among these,the areas in the former two subtypes need enhance urban development potential through the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities,while the areas in the latter two subtypes should appropriately raise the standards for geological safety risk prevention based on the implementation of national and local policies.
