摘要

为优化数字化逆向建模的产品结构设计,本文采用实例验证法,即:使用逆向扫描的高精度测量方法来获取拨叉件点云数据,并以此重构拨叉件三维模型并输出二维图纸.结果表明:将拨叉件点云数据进行逆向建模,并运用3D软件对该产品进行有限元仿真分析,优化了拨叉件结构,获得了精度高、机械性能优越、设计结构合理的3D数字化模型,还可输出重构模型的CAD图纸.

Abstract

In order to optimize the product structure design of digital reverse modeling,this paper adopts the example verification method,that is,the high-precision measurement method of reverse scanning is used to obtain the point cloud data of the fork,and then the three-dimensional model of the fork is reconstructed and the two-dimensional drawings are output.The results show that the point cloud data of the fork is inverted modeled,and the finite element simulation analysis of the product is carried out by using 3D software,the structure of the fork is optimized,a 3D digital model with high precision,superior mechanical properties and reasonable design structure is obtained,and the CAD drawings of the reconstructed model can also be output.
