Research on the spatial and temporal characteristics of catering consumption service supply and demand matching in Hunan Province based on Network Attention
The catering industry is an important part of the urban service consumption industry.Exploring the matching relationship between supply and demand of catering services is beneficial for promoting coordinated efforts to achieve stable consumption growth and high-quality development of the city.This study uses POI data and Baidu search index to measure the level of supply and demand of catering services and spatial matching model,studies the matching of supply and demand of catering services in cities and regions of Hunan Province from 2016 to 2022,and further analyzes its correlation with social and economic development indicators.The results show that:1)The supply and demand of catering services in Hunan Province have shown an overall upward trend in recent years,and their spatial differentiation characteristics are obvious.The supply level evolves from"multi-core distribution"to"single-core agglomeration";the spatial pattern of demand level has changed from"high in the east and low in the west"to"high on both sides and low in the middle".2)The imbalance between supply and demand of catering services in Hunan Province is obvious,and the overall demand level is higher than the supply level.3)The resident population in the central urban area,the area of construction land in the municipal district,the gross product value of accommodation and catering industry,and the number of colleges and universities have a high correlation with the supply and demand of catering services.
