Effect of soil phenolic acids on agronomic traits of Paris polyphylla var.chinensis
Using Paris polyphylla var.chinensis and its rhizosphere soil as experiment materials,we measured plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and other agronomic traits,as well as the content of five phenolic acids, including hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, syringic acid,p-coumaric acid, and ferulic acid in the rhizosphere soil to explore the influence of soil phenolic acids on the agronomic traits of P.polyphylla var.chinensis.The results showed that there were significant differences in the agronomic traits and soil phenolic acid content among different plots of P.polyphylla var.chinensis.Except for leaf shape index, all agronomic traits of P.polyphylla var.chinensis showed a highly significant positive correlation. There were different degrees of positive correlation among the five phenolic acids, but all agronomic traits of P.polyphylla var.chinensis showed different degrees of negative correlation with soil phenolic acids, except for leaf width and petiole diameter, which showed significant or highly significant negative correlation.
