Ecological niche and interspecific association of species of Cercidiphyllum japonicum community in Yunnan Wumeng Mountain National Nature Reserve
Based on the data of the field survey of the community of Cercidiphyllum japonicum, the niche width, variance ratio,chi-square test,Pearson correlation coefficient test and Spearman rank correlation coefficient test were used to study the niche characteristics and interspecific association characteristics of main species of C.japonicum community in Yunan Wumeng Mountain National Nature Reserve. The results showed that:The dominant species in the tree layer was C.japonicum,it occupied the largest niche width, the dominant species in the shrub layer was Chimonobambusa tumidissinoda,in the herb layer was Elatostema cuspidatum. The species showed significant positive interspecific association in the tree layer, that was in the late stage of succession and tended to be stable. The niche of C.japonicum were separated from other species in the community, and all the interspecific association relationship was weak. It's recommended to strengthen the protection of C.japonicum habitat and expand propagation.
