基于案例分析的森林生态环境损害价值评估研究

摘要
森林是陆地生态系统中结构最复杂、功能最多样的生态系统之一,由于人类活动的干扰和自然灾害的影响,森林生态环境往往遭受到不同程度的损害.如何量化森林生态环境损害价值是评估工作中的重点与难点.本文以某建设项目违法使用林地造成森林生态环境损害案例,对森林生态环境损害价值评估进行研究.通过探讨评估指标、计算方法,结果表明该项目造成的森林生态环境损害价值为 411 156.97 元,为该案件涉及的公益诉讼与生态损害赔偿磋商提供基础依据.
Abstract
Forest is one of the most complex and diverse ecosystems in terrestrial ecosystems.Due to human activities and natural disasters,the forest ecological environment often suffers varying degrees of damage.How to quantify the value of forest ecological environment damage is a key and difficult task in our work.This article takes the illegal use of forest land in construction projects as a case study to evaluate the value of forest ecological environment damage.By exploring evaluation indicators and calculation methods,the results show that the value of forest ecological environment damage caused by the project was 411 156.97 yuan,providing a basic basis for public interest litigation and ecological damage compensation negotiations involved in the case.
