Comparison of effective medicinal ingredients of different provenances of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus
In order to elucidate the genetic and geographical variation of the effective medicinal ingredients such as salidroside and specnuezhenide at the provenance level,the differences of effective medicinal ingredients contents of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus of five different provenances collected from Zhijiang and Xinning in Hunan,Emeishan in Sichuan,Zhaoyang and Jinning in Yunan were compared.The results showed that the contents of salidroside,specnuezhenide,galuteolin,and oleanolic acid were significantly different among provenances.These effective medicinal ingredients could be stably inherited at the provenance level,and were less affected by external environmental conditions.The correlation among these four effective medicinal ingredients did not reached a significant level.Based on the comprehensive membership degrees of active ingredients contents,the order of different provenances was Zhijiang in Hunan,Jinning in Yunnan,Zhaoyang in Yunnan,Xinning in Hunan,and Emeishan in Sichuan.Provenance of Zhijiang in Hunan had excellent performance in medicinal active ingredients.
