摘要
动物骨骼标本在教学、科研和科普等方面具有极高的科学和研究价值,而东北虎骨骼标本的制作技术对于丰富馆藏和开展野生动物保护、科研、教学等工作具有重要意义.为研究东北虎骨骼标本制作过程时长、药剂使用浓度及浸泡所需时间、制作技术流程等内容,本文对东北虎骨骼标本制作中的测量方法、剥皮顺序、骨腔去脂漂白、软组织煮制剔除、骨骼脱脂漂白、浸泡清淘、钢架制作、骨骼组装等关键技术进行了总结,以期为此类大型骨骼标本制作提供技术参考和依据.
Abstract
Animal bone specimens have high scientific and research value in teaching,scientific research and popular science,and the making technology of Panthera tigris altaica bone specimen plays an important role in enriching the collection and carrying out wildlife protection,scientific research and teaching.In order to know about the technical difficulties in the process of Panthera tigris altaica bone specimen making,such as the duration of preparation,the concentration of reagents used and the time required for soaking,and the production technical process,we summarized the key technologies in the making proces of Panthera tigris altaica bone specimen in this article,such as measurement methods,peeling sequence,bone cavity degreasing and bleaching,soft tissue boiling and culling,bone degreasing and bleaching,soaking and cleaning,steel frame making,and bone assembly.We hope this study can provide technical basis and reference for the making of such large bone specimens.
