为丰富魔芋的光合特性研究成果,为魔芋生长过程中的光能利用研究提供基础理论依据,本文以2年生魔芋容器苗为材料,利用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪测定了晴朗天气下魔芋的光合日变化、光响应曲线和C02响应曲线.结果如下:(1)魔芋光合日变化呈"双峰"曲线.(2)光补偿点(PLC)、光饱和点(PLS)、表观量子效率(EAQ)分别为 1.02 μmol·m-2·s-1、1 108.3 μmol·m-2·s-1 和 0.023 5.(3)魔芋 CO2补偿点(PCDC)、CO2 饱和点(PCDS)、羧化效率(EC)分别为 38.15 μmol·mol-1、1 933.3 μmol·mol-1 和0.014 4.研究表明魔芋光合"午休"现象为非气孔限制型;其耐阴性较强,光适应幅度较广,但弱光利用能力较差;对CO2的利用能力强,且对CO2需求量大.
Study on photosynthetic characteristics of Amorphophallus konjac
To enrich the research results on the photosynthetic characteristics of Amorphophallus konjac and provide theoretical basis for the study of the utilization of light energy in growth,the diurnal variation of photosynthesis,light response curve and CO2 response curve of Amorphophallus konjac were measured under clear weather with the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer by using 2-year-old container seedlings as materials.The results showed as follows:(1)The diurnal variation of photosynthesis of Amorphophallus konjac showed a"bimodal"curve.(2)Light compensation point(PLC),light saturation point(PLS)and apparent quantum efficiency(EAQ)of Amorphophallus konjac were 1.02μmol·m-2·s-1,1 108.3 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 0.023 5,respectively.(3)The carbon dioxide compensation point(PCDC),carbon dioxide saturation point(PCDS)and carboxylation efficiency(EC)of Amorphophallus konjac were 38.15 μmol·mol-1,1 933.3 μmol·mol-1 and 0.014 4.The results indicated that the"photosynthetic siesta"phenomenon of Amorphophallus konjac was non-stomatal limitation,the shade resistance was strong,the light adaptation range was wide,but the ability of weak light utilization was poor,the utilization capacity of CO2 was strong and the demand for CO2was large.
