不同种源3年生山桐子苗生长差异分析

为了筛选早期生长性状优良的山桐子种源,本文以7个山桐子种源3年生苗为研究对象,测定其苗高、地径、冠幅、生物量等生长指标,并对其各个指标进行遗传变异、多重比较、相关性及隶属函数分析.结果表明:不同种源山桐子各生长性状的变异系数变化范围为31.11%~49.82%,均大于20%,属于中等变异,说明不同种源山桐子各生长性状均具有较大的差异.对山桐子的生长性状进行多重比较表明,不同种源山桐子苗木的地径、苗高、高径比及地上、地下部分生物量冠幅、根冠比均存在显著差异(P<0.05).根据相关性分析可知,苗高与地下部分生物量、冠幅之间存在极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01).不同种源山桐子的生长性状存在着丰富的遗传变异,这也是山桐子分布广泛、变异丰富的原因.通过隶属函数及多重比较分析可得出,赣州种源和井冈山种源在南方丘陵地区早期生长优良,可作为该地区的优良种源.
Analysis of growth difference of 3-year-old Idesia polycarpa seedlings from different provenances
In order to screen out the provenances of Idesia polycarpa with excellent early growth traits,the 3-year-old seedlings of 7 provenances of Idesia polycarpa were taken as the research objects in this article.The growth indexes such as seedling height,ground diameter,crown width and biomass were measured,and the genetic variation,multiple comparison,correlation and membership function analysis of each trait were analyzed.The results showed that the variation coefficient of each growth trait of Idesia polycarpa from different provenances ranged from 31.11%to 49.82%,all of which were larger than 20%and belonged to moderate variation,indicating that the growth traits of Idesia polycarpa from different provenances had great differences.The multiple comparison of growth traits of Idesia polycarpa showed that there were significant differences in ground diameter,seedling height,height-diameter ratio,aboveground biomass,underground biomass,crown width and root-shoot ratio of Idesia polycarpa seedlings from different provenances(P<0.05).According to the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between seedling height and underground biomass and crown width(P<0.01).There were rich genetic variations in the growth traits of different provenances of Idesia polycarpa,which was also the reason for the wide distribution and rich variation of Idesia polycarpa.Through membership function and multiple comparison,it could be concluded that Ganzhou provenance and Jinggangshan provenance grew well in the early stage of southern hilly area and could be used as excellent provenances in this area.
