无患子大田苗嫁接繁殖技术研究

本文旨在研究无患子嫁接繁殖技术,为生产提供良种苗木.本文以无患子枝条为试验材料,采用3种嫁接方法、6个嫁接时间、4个砧木地径尺寸进行嫁接试验.结果表明:不同嫁接繁殖方法的嫁接成活率有显著差异(P<0.05),以切接法的嫁接成活率最高(86.7%);切接法在不同嫁接时间下的嫁接成活率有极显著差异(P<0.01),以3月中旬嫁接成活率最佳;切接法在不同砧木地径尺寸下的嫁接成活率有显著差异(P<0.05),以>1.0~2.0 cm的砧木地径尺寸嫁接成活率最高(88.4%).无患子苗嫁接成活率受多种因素影响,多因子组合协同作用有助于提高无患子苗嫁接成活率.
Study on grafting propagation technology of field seedlings of Sapinous saroraria
The grafting propagation technology of Sapinous saroraria was studied to provide improved seedlings for production.The branches of Sapinous saroraria were used as experimental materials,and three grafting methods,six grafting time and four rootstock ground diameter sizes were applied in grafting experiments.The results showed that the grafting survival rate with different grafting propagation methods was significantly different(P<0.05),and the grafting survival rate with the cutting grafting method was the highest(86.7%).The grafting survival rate of the cutting grafting method was significantly different at different grafting time(P<0.01),and the grafting survival rate was the highest in mid-March.There was a significant difference in the grafting survival rate by using the cutting grafting method with different diameter sizes of the rootstock(P<0.05),and the grafting survival rate was the highest when the diameter of the rootstock was 1.0~2.0 cm(88.4%).The grafting survival rate of Sapinous saroraria seedlings is affected by many factors,and the synergistic effect of multi-factor combination is helpful to improve the grafting survival rate of Sapinous saroraria.
