摘要

育苗播种流水线是工厂化育苗的关键装备,可有效减少育苗过程中的种子使用量、保证出苗整齐、提高移栽成活率,但当前我国研制的育苗播种流水线仍存在播种质量合格率偏低、流水线运行速度与排种器工作速度配合不佳等问题.通过总结和分析育苗播种流水线检测技术、控制系统、补种装置的研究现状,详细阐述了其工作原理、应用场景及优缺点,以期为育苗播种流水线的研究和发展提供一定参考.

Abstract

The seedling and sowing assembly line is a key equipment for factory seedling cultivation,which can effectively reduce the number of seeds used in the seedling cultivation process,ensure neat emergence,and improve the survival rate of transplanting.However,the current seedling and sowing assembly line developed in China still has problems,such as unqualified sowing quality,and poor coordination between the running speed of the assembly line and the working speed of the seeder.This paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of detection technology,control system,and reseeding device of seedling and seeding line.The working principle,application scenario,and advantages and disadvantages of the seeding line are described in detail.The research results of this paper can provide some reference for the research and development of seeding lines.
