针对当前农业机械化及其自动化专业教学过程中存在的问题,基于成长型思维教育理念,以阶段性成长为导向,以过程性考核为保障,关注学习过程本身,注重综合素质的提升,进行了专业教学模式的改革探索.从贯彻成长型思维教学理念、设计探究性教学项目、积极开展实践教学等角度进行专业教学改革,有利于激发学生的学习动力,为我国农业现代化发展培养具有扎实学科基础、工程实践能力、较强创新意识、良好道德品质的农业工程类技术人才.
In response to the challenges in teaching agricultural mechanization and automation,a reform was explored.Guided by the growth mindset education,the reform emphasizes phased development and process-based assessments,focusing on the learning process itself and improving overall competencies.By applying growth mindset principles,designing inquiry-based projects,and enhancing practical teaching,the reform aims to inspire student motivation.It seeks to cultivate agricultural engineering talents with a solid academic foundation,practical skills,innovation capabilities,and strong moral qualities,supporting the modernization of agriculture in China.
