The modern apprenticeship system is a model of talent cultivation formed through the deep integration of vocational education and industry.Based on the characteristics of vocational education and the goals of the electrical automation program,this paper explores its application.The study focuses on improving support systems,innovating teaching methods,creating practical training environments,optimizing evaluation mechanisms,and building teaching teams.The aim is to provide a reference for teaching reform in engineering programs within vocational education.
