To address issues in the teaching of basic mechanical manufacturing technology,such as outdated content,traditional methods,insufficient practical sessions,and weak interdisciplinary integration,application-oriented universities should reform their teaching.Guided by regional economic development and aiming to cultivate practical talents,the reform encourages"active learning"and adheres to the principle of"application-oriented,theory-practice integration."The reform includes expanding the teaching system,innovating methods,strengthening practical training,and optimizing assessment methods.These efforts aim to enhance students'engineering practice and innovation abilities,meeting the talent development needs under the"New Engineering"initiative.
