Experimental study on data acquisition of harvester cutting blade based on structured light 3D scanning technology
In response to the problems of easy breakage and bending failure of the combine harvester cutting blade during operation, data collection experiments were conducted on the sample cutting blade based on structured light 3D scanning technology. The results were compared and analyzed.During the experiment,Gray encoding decoding and phase shift technology were integrated to improve data acquisition accuracy. After comparing the collected cutting edge point cloud data with the standard model parameters,it was found that the deformation in the normal phase direction of the cutting edge was±0.013mm,which is consistent with the analysis results of ANSYS Workbench software. The experimental results show that this technology can provide more intuitive point cloud data and has higher collection efficiency compared to traditional methods. It can provide a data source for the subsequent improvement and optimization of the cutting blade.
